Role Overview
Building a lean team of 3 people, that will work directly with the founders and the leadership team to solve core issues and working cross functionally across different projects.

As the Manager - Growth at Beco, you will lead efforts to solve key challenges, drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to optimize our Ecommerce, D2C, Retail, Modern Trade and shape our expansion in a competitive market.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and sales.
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with brand, ops, and sales teams to implement impactful growth initiatives.
  • Design and run A/B tests to refine marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Track and report on key metrics (e.g., cac, pdp, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, roas, etc) to guide decision-making.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to keep Beco ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from IIT or BITS Pilani in a relevant field.
  • Experience in growth hacking, data analysis, or a related role, ideally in Ecommerce or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), good to have knowledge of visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing and Ecommerce strategies or interested to learn about them.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth.
