What will you do at Beco
• Work directly with the founding team to execute strategic projects across sales, operations, and growth
• Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights
• Assist in fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning initiatives
• Collaborate across departments to improve business efficiency and drive key initiatives
• Track and monitor key performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership
• Support in building frameworks, process optimizations, and organizational strategies
• Handle special projects related to partnerships, new business opportunities, and expansion plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or startup operations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or consulting is a plus
