About the Role
We are looking for an Executive – Data Analyst to join our Procurement team and support decision-making through data-driven insights. The role will focus on end-to-end analysis of procurement data, helping improve efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enable better purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse procurement spend, purchase orders, vendor data, pricing, and purchasing trends.
- Build and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track procurement performance.
- Use Excel to clean, analyse, and reconcile procurement data.
- Track vendor performance, pricing, lead times, and purchase efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies.
- Support teams with data-driven insights for vendor negotiations and decision-making.
- Automate repetitive reports and manual procurement processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable analysis.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst with procurement knowledge, Power BI or analytics role.
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool (Power BI preferred), including data modelling and calculated measures.
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL will be a plus.
- Good business and commercial understanding, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
