About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide end-user support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic server administration.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.
  • • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues.
  • • Install and maintain biometric attendance/access control systems.
  • • Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
  • • Support meeting room AV equipment, TVs, and video conferencing systems.
  • • Maintain IT assets, including asset tagging, documentation, and user accounts.
  • • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty, and AMC.
  • • Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts on Windows Server/Active Directory
  • • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams while ensuring SLA compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setup, and biometric devices.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory user management.
  • Good understanding of IT asset management and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently..
