Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our factory and warehouse workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring blue-collar and warehouse staff while supporting employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, warehouse, logistics, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, exits, and HR compliance activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and resolve basic HR queries.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain hiring.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Bachelor's degree in HR is preferred.
