Role Overview We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Lead to manage end-to-end backend logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and 3PL coordination. The role requires strong operational expertise, process optimization skills, and the ability to scale logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
● Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and dispatch
● Ensure proper inventory handling, stock accuracy, and space utilization
● Implement and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes
Inventory Management
● Monitor inventory levels, aging, and replenishment planning
● Ensure accurate stock reconciliation across systems and physical inventory
● Reduce shrinkage, damages, and stock discrepancies
3PL & Vendor Management
● Manage relationships with 3PL partners and logistics vendors
● Monitor performance through SLAs, TAT, and cost metrics
● Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch
● Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch
● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketplace, customer support)
● Optimize order flow for D2C and marketplace channels
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
●Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
● Drive cost reduction initiatives in logistics and warehousing
● Use data and reports to improve operational
performance Team Management
● Lead and manage warehouse staff and supervisors
● Ensure proper training, productivity tracking, and performance management
Key Requirements
● 4–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
● Strong experience in 3PL management and backend logistics
● Experience in D2C / e-commerce / FMCG industry preferred
● Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS)
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skill
● Experience handling marketplace logistics (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
● Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting
● Exposure to ERP systems
