Role Overview - The Senior Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing BECO’s end-to-end warehousing operations across India. This role ensures efficient inventory management, cost control, compliance, and seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to support rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Planning
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to align production
schedules with sales forecasts.
• Monitor production progress to ensure on-time completion and dispatch readiness.
• Track and manage finished goods availability for various sales channels (B2B and e-
commerce).

2. Inventory Management
• Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and distribution points.
• Track SKU-wise inventory, reconcile physical vs. system stocks, and reduce slow-
moving inventory.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and data accuracy initiatives.

4. Data, Systems & Reporting
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar).
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly MIS reports: stock status, dispatch summary,
OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), and lead times.
• Identify and highlight bottlenecks or process gaps and recommend improvements.

5. Continuous Improvement
• Support automation and process improvement projects in Operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure
smooth operations.
• Champion sustainability initiatives in packaging, logistics, and waste reduction.

Qualifications & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or Operations (preferably in FMCG,
D2C, or consumer goods).
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, Inventory, Backend Operation
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
