Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Key Account to scale BECO’s presence across e-commerce marketplaces and retail channels. This role will own category growth, platform strategy, P&L management, and end-to-end execution, driving meaningful revenue and profitability impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale key marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across channels, ensuring strong sell-through and target achievement.
  • Lead category management: assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and visibility optimization.
  • Manage inventory planning, replenishment cycles, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain.
  • Analyze dashboards, margins, contribution metrics, and overall P&L to identify growth levers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, platform programs, and discount strategies with clear ROI accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, growth, and supply chain teams to unlock multi-X growth.
  • Support new product launches and category expansion initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with national retail chains and quick commerce platforms.
  • Track competition, pricing benchmarks, and category trends to inform strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce key account management, category management, or channel sales.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace economics, P&L ownership, margins, and cost structures.
  • Experience in D2C, sustainability-focused, or new-age consumer brands is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to category building and successful product launches.
  • Experience with national retail chains or quick commerce platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue growth (3x–5x+ is a strong plus).
  • Highly analytical, execution-focused, and ownership-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
