Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – B2B Sales to drive partnerships with businesses such as corporates, HoReCa, offices, and institutional buyers. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through outbound efforts
  2. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  4. Drive bulk order deals and strategic partnerships
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain & logistics) for smooth execution
  6. Track, manage, and report sales pipeline and performance

Requirements

  1. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Comfortable with field sales + cold outreach
  4. Experience in FMCG/D2C/startups is a plus
  5. Self-driven and target-oriented
