Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure SAP modules as per business needs.
- Support SAP implementation and rollout projects.
- Provide functional support for SAP issues and incidents.
- Perform system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT support).
- Coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in all/most modules of SAP Business One.
- Experience in support/implementation projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and integration points.
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration and documentation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
